Futureskills Scotland - Local Economic Forum Areas

Twice a year, Futureskills Scotland produces detailed labour market profiles for all Local Economic Forum (LEF) profile areas. The profiles are intended to be an easy to use resource for non-expert users of labour market information, and the aim is that they will provide a quick and up-to-date overview of each area, with signposting to further or more detailed information if users require it.

Please note that strategic alterations to the boundaries of two local enterprise companies in the Highlands & Islands Enterprise area have resulted in the formation of HIE Moray and Inverness Nairn Badenoch and Strathspey Enterprise (INBSE). From 1st July 2005 they replaced Moray Badenoch and Strathspey Enterprise (MBSE) and Inverness and Nairn Enterprise (INE) respectively. The current set of profiles do not reflect this change, but any subsequent profiles will do so.
